Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2025. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling service with AutoGlass Rehab.
Service Agreement
By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services from AutoGlass Rehab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AutoGlass Rehab provides mobile auto glass repair, windshield replacement, side and rear window replacement, and ADAS camera calibration services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Garland, Irving, Arlington, and surrounding communities.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoGlass Rehab regarding the services provided. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Appointments & Scheduling
AutoGlass Rehab provides mobile service at your preferred location — your home, office, or another convenient address within our service area. When scheduling, please provide an accurate service address, your vehicle information (year, make, model, and VIN if available), and a valid contact phone number. Our technicians will confirm the appointment window and contact you prior to arrival.
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee if a technician is already en route to your location. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge whenever possible.
Insurance Claims
AutoGlass Rehab is proud to work directly with most major auto insurance carriers, including State Farm, Progressive, GEICO, Allstate, USAA, and others. When you authorize us to file an insurance claim on your behalf, you grant us permission to communicate with your insurer, verify your coverage, and accept payment directly from the insurance company for covered services.
You are responsible for verifying your coverage, deductible amount, and any policy limitations before service begins. Any deductible, copay, or amount not covered by your insurance policy is due at the time of service. AutoGlass Rehab cannot guarantee what your insurer will or will not cover, and policy coverage is determined solely by your insurance carrier.
Payment Terms
For services not covered by insurance, payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For insurance-covered services, the deductible or customer portion is due at the time of service. AutoGlass Rehab does not offer financing, but we will work with you to ensure transparent pricing before any work begins.
Workmanship Warranty
AutoGlass Rehab stands behind our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty on all windshield installation labor, including seal integrity and water-tightness. If you experience any leaking, whistling, or installation-related issues with a windshield we installed, contact us and we will correct the issue at no charge.
This workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, road debris, hail, vandalism, improper use after service, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our installation. The glass itself is covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty, which varies by product. OEM and OEM-equivalent glass warranties are handled through the respective manufacturer.
ADAS Calibration Notice
Modern vehicles equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) — including forward collision warning, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency braking — rely on cameras typically mounted behind the windshield. After any windshield replacement, these cameras must be recalibrated to manufacturer specifications to function properly.
AutoGlass Rehab strongly recommends ADAS calibration for all vehicles with these systems following a windshield replacement. Failure to recalibrate ADAS systems may result in improper system function, which could compromise vehicle safety. By declining ADAS calibration when recommended, you acknowledge this risk and release AutoGlass Rehab from any liability related to ADAS system performance following service.
Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Our technicians will inspect your vehicle before beginning work and will note any pre-existing damage. AutoGlass Rehab is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage unrelated to the glass service, or issues discovered during service that are beyond the scope of the work requested. In some cases, pre-existing rust, corrosion, or structural damage may affect our ability to complete the service safely, and we reserve the right to decline service in such situations.
Limitation of Liability
AutoGlass Rehab's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost time, lost income, or vehicle downtime. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services provided by AutoGlass Rehab shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
